Data Handling

We collect only the data needed to operate your account — name, contact details, payment identifiers for UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and never share it beyond what processing your transactions requires.

Cookie Policy

9nath uses session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how the lobby is used. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings; disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to deposit or withdraw.

Account Security

Your account password is stored in hashed form and never visible to our staff. We use two-factor verification at login and flag unusual activity — such as a new device or unrecognised IP — before granting access to your wallet balance.

Data Retention

We retain transaction records, chat logs, and KYC documents for the period required under applicable Indian law. Once that period expires and your account is closed, we delete personal data from live systems within 30 days.

Requesting Changes

You may request corrections to your personal data at any time by raising a support ticket. We will verify your identity, action any factual corrections within 7 working days, and send you written confirmation once your record has been updated.

Dispute Escalation

If our first-line support cannot resolve a terms dispute to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to a senior compliance officer in writing. We aim to issue a final written determination within 14 working days of receiving an escalation request.

Yes. These terms apply to every account holder who accesses 9nath where local law permits. If local regulations in your state restrict access, you are responsible for checking that before creating or using an account.

We may update terms at any time and will post the revised version on this page. Continued use of your account after the update date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, contact support to close your account before the new terms take effect.

Funds held in your account wallet at the time of suspension remain yours. Once the reason for suspension is resolved or your account is closed, we will return the wallet balance to the UPI or Paytm source used for the original deposit.

Submit a written deletion request through our in-platform ticket system. We will verify your identity and, where no legal retention obligation applies, delete your personal data from live systems within 30 days of confirming the request.

Yes. Fraudulent activity, providing false identity documents, attempting to exploit technical errors in our lobby, or colluding with other account holders are all grounds for immediate closure under Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law to the extent that law permits. Where a specific clause is unenforceable under Indian statute, that clause is severed without affecting the remaining terms, which continue in full force.

We archive each published version of our Terms & Conditions with a date stamp. Contact our support team, provide your account registration date, and we will send you the exact version that was in effect when you joined, within 3 working days.
